Celticdrums.com wants customers to receive their purchases as expeditiously as possible. We will ship your purchase as soon as possible. It will take approximately 1 week to ship. Please e-mail us at info@celticdrums.com for the status of your order.

Return Policy

celticdrums.com offers its clients a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.  Merchandise returned within the first 14 days from the date of receipt will receive a full refund.  Merchandise returned between 15 and 30 days from the date of receipt will receive a store credit.  No returns will be authorized after 30 days.  celticdrums.com will not be responsible for shipping on returned merchandise.  Please follow exactly the following procedures:

1. Contact a celticdrums.com associate at 516.398.2874 for a Return Code Authorization.
2. Seal you merchandise in it's original box with all protective wrapping.
3. Place the item in the box provided by celticdrums.com . If unavailable, use a cardboard box
   from your local post office.
4. Write the R. A. Code on the box next to mailing address.
5. Forward the entire box to the address provided by the customer care associate.

Forward package via Registered U.S. Postal Service, or any package service that provides tracking, making sure to insure the item for its replacement value. Once we have received your package, it will be processed immediately. If requested, your Account will be credited a refund within three days of item receipt. Please be aware that all unauthorized returns will be returned to Sender. If you choose not to insure your package or not to use a service that provides a tracking number celticdrums.com is not responsible for lost mail
